| Job Duties: | Reviews service agreements with assigned accounts, and ensures that specific terms and conditions are being complied with, particularly for daily operational requirements. Supervises daily service provision for the department’s assigned accounts. Attends to customer inquiries. Reviews and validates billings. Relays relevant terms of the service agreements to staff. Receives job requests from customers’ representative on a daily basis. Schedules jobs and assigns Department Rank & File Staff to handle them. Monitors activities of these staff while on the field, and provides assistance as needed. Receives and reviews all documents supporting accomplishment of required or performed services. Performs relevant administrative, filing and billing procedures, while assigning work to the Department Rank & File Staff. Handles customer complaints in coordination with Sales & Marketing Department accordingly. Coordinates with external parties such as Stevedore, Customs and internal parties, such as the various departments within the company in the performance of the required services. Prepares necessary reports for submission to Finance Department and to the Logistics Services Manager. Evaluates staff performance on a periodic basis. Recommends and works with Logistics Services Manager for corrective action if needed. Ensures the conduct of repair and maintenance activities of all CTSI Logistics fleet of tractor trucks, van, sedan, forklift and chassis trailer. Provides services to trucking and other departments of CTSI on their fleet requirements. Ensures that equipment is readily available for use by clients. Ensures the conduct of periodic check-ups on Company-owned vehicles. Conducts canvassing/purchasing of spare parts both locally and abroad. Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time or for skill development. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of distribution and warehousing supervisory experience. Knowledge of household goods handling and airfreight and oceanfreight operations is required. Proficiency in Warehouse management system software is required. Knowledge of Federal Regulations in Transportation is required. Must have obtained certifications/training in Hazmat, Occupational Safety and Hazardous Waste Operation, IICL (Container and Chassis) and Vehicle Safety Guidelines. |
