| Job Duties: | Observes all Mobil & Commercial Drivers if they are fit to work. Observes all Mobil & Commercial Drivers on their Daily Vehicle Pre-trip Inspection. Schedules performance of Service Request from customers on a timely basis, where assigned and using applicable job scheduling forms. Received Delivery schedule of the day from Mobil dispatcher. Received Permit to Issue (Inbound Container) from Customers. Received Permit to Load (Outbound Container) from Customers. Performs dispatching of deliveries to either Drivers, where assigned. Validates accomplished transaction records (Service Requests/SR, Driver’s Daily Activity Reports, Driver’s Daily Reports, Safety Discharge , etc.) upon receipt from Logistics Services Drivers were assigned. Reviews completeness of records received using applicable checklist, as required and sends it via email attachment to CTSI Corporate office daily. Performs data encoding using applicable computer system. Encode EIR Empty In & Out from the trucking system. Encode Duty Hours Report for Mobil drivers. Prepares invoices as instructed by the Logistics Services Manager. Files relevant records. 4.10 Prepares reports and submits them to the Logistics Services Manager & HR department on a timely basis. Weekly Chassis Inventory report. Weekly & Monthly Duty Hours Report. Weekly Drivers & Mechanics Time Card Report. Monthly Mobil Utilization Report. Pre-trip Inspection Report. Daily Emergency Valve Test Report Daily Battery Disconnection Test Report Reports any operational problems encountered to the Logistics Services Manager. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the job from time to time or for skill development. Assist LSD – DC for Delivery the cargo. Assist LSD – DC for Unloading & Loading cargo from the container. 4.12.3 Assisting Ocean Freight Department to Documentation Clearing & Releasing Document to the customers. Assisting LSD-Maintenance in purchasing parts from the Suppliers. Distribution of all Personal Protective Equipment supplies to each drivers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate’s Degree and at least several years of work related experience and logistics and trucking operations supervisory experience is required. Must be knowledgeable in transportation and safety regulations and proficient in various logistic software. Knowledge of Federal Regulations in Transportation is required. Must have obtained certifications/training in Hazmat, Occupational Safety and Hazardous Waste Operation, Emergency Response, IICL (Container and Chassis), Petroleum Standard Operating Procedure and Vehicle Safety Guidelines. |
