| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. In-charge for repair & maintenance of physical structure of commercial buildings. Install, replace & repair wiring & defective electrical switches, elements & other fixtures, construct, erects, installs, ads and repairs wooden and concrete structures & fixtures. Troubleshoot Fire alarm system. Perform any other related duties as arise from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and building & maintenance skills. Ability to understands and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blue prints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Can work without any supervision. Previous work-related skill, knowledge or experience is needed for these occupations. Must be a High School Graduate and at least 1 (one) to 2(two) years related working experience. |
