| Job Title: | Assistant Manager, F&B |
| Job Duties: | Responsible on establishing and maintaining guest services in F&B department. The position is responsible in supporting for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the restaurant, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of the F&B Department. Monitor compliance with health regulations regarding food preparation and serving in dining facilities. Monitor food preparation and service methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Also, counting money is part of the job. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of wait staff to ensure efficiency and proper guest service performance and prepare their work schedules. Assist in training staff & supervisors. Moreover, arrange functions with guests and attend managers’ meetings. Report on status of functions, and staff performance. Assist with supervisor and wait staff duties from time to time. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management/Restaurant Management preferred or equivalent experience. Two to Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services. Must be able to work well under pressure; lift at least 50 lbs; work nights, weekends, and holidays; obtain a food handler’s certificate; and have knowledge in proper food handling and sanitation practices. |
