| Job Duties: | Responsible on establishing and maintaining guest services in F&B department. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the restaurant, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of the F&B Department. Train workers in proper food preparation, presentation, and service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals. Take necessary actions to correct any problems. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Participate in preparing work schedules for staff.Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or institutional food services management. Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial Food & Beverage operation. One year experience in a leadership role is preferred. Experience in a high volume, quality focused establishment is preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure; lift at least 50 lbs; work nights, weekends, and holidays; obtain a food handler’s certificate; and have knowledge in proper food handling and sanitation practices. |
