| Job Duties: | Sells variety of commodities in sales establishment. Provide customers with product samples or catalogs. Plan, assemble, and stock product display in retail stores or make recommendations to retail stores regarding product displays, promotional programs and advertising. Help customers select product to meet customer's need. Contacts new and existing customers to solicit orders. Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budget and reports, keeping sales records. Negotiate with the customers the price and the terms of sale. Follow-u customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have. Arranged and direct delivery of products to the designated stores. Negotiate with the retail merchant to improve the product exposure such as the positioning of the products and its promotion techniques. Examine the defective items returned by the customer to determined if the replacement is needed. Answer the customers questions regarding the product. always check the availability of the product in the stock and reorder merchandise if necessary. Forward orders to the production staff for the preparation of the delivery to the designated stores provided. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have the basic knowledge and understanding of the sales principles. Must be proficient in English language. Ability to communicate Japanese or Chinese is a plus. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Can perform multi task assigned by the management. Requires a minimum of 2 years of work related experience. Applicants have to fill up application in the ACA Office. |
