| Job Duties: | Assist the HR leadership in accomplishing the goals and objectives for the Human Resource Department in line with the company’s vision and business strategy. Develop and prepare periodic computerized departmental reports to track and report departmental/organizational headcount, absenteeism, sick/vacation leave, performance evaluation completion, employment turnover, annual reports required by law, employee demographics, and specialized reports requested by departmental managers; develop and update the company and department organization charts. Prepare or maintain employment records related to personnel movements, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Maintain current knowledge of and help enforce Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Schedule and conduct new employee orientations. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, and performance evaluation forms. Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements. Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants. Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. Schedule or administer skill or drug tests for current or prospective employees. |

| Qualification Requirements: | College degree with 4 years progressive administrative/human resource management experience. Must have well-developed written/oral communication and management skills. Must be computer literate with experience in HRIS and timekeeping systems and various Microsoft software. Manages Company administrative and HR functions, ensuring standards and deadlines are met. Also oversees Airport parking booth operations and serves as the Company Quality Management Representative. Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification; *Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. |
