| Job Duties: | Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of fire and emergency alarms and other appliances that are used to call out for help in case of emergency. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical manner. Responsible for the completion of all the maintenance service request as assign. Respond quickly in the event of the emergency and notify the appropriate personnel to follow safety protocol. Complete, make ready process of vacant apartment as directed by the manager. Carry a cellphone as required for an on-call maintenance. Inspect equipment such as the refrigerators and air conditioners from time to time for proper cleaning, speed temperature and adequate lubrication. Maintain, repair machinery or equipment in the office, warehouse and apartment rentals. Perform routine inspection of the machine or equipment in order to do the preventive measures in maintaining an equipment. Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose the malfunction. Troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical controls. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment in installing, repairing such equipment. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in determining operating conditions. Must have the ability to plan, lay out and inspect the work of the subordinates and maintain effective working relations with co-workers. Must have 1-2 years vocational training, have previous work related skills, knowledge or experience with 3 to 4 years is required. REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS AS PROOF OF THE SPECIALIZED TRAINNG AND EXPERIENCE. Must be physically, mentally fit to work or perform the duties efficiently. |
