| Job Duties: | Setting up, loading and adjusting screens, press adjustments, inking screens,squeegee selection and test printing. Adjust feed rollers, spindle reel, and bolts to specification. Prepare screen printing stencils, mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technological problems, maintain screen printing equipment, and drying and tolding screen, printed items. Starts dyeing oven and sets thermostat temperature specified for printing run. Reviews print order, determine setting adjustments required to set up manually controlled or automatic screen printing machine. |
