Job Title: Guest Relations
Job Duties: Keeps guests informed of resort programs, activities and tour options. Serves as liaison between hotel and non-English speaking guests by serving as a translator of all tours and activities sponsored by the resort. Assists guests with inquiries. Makes dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events. Provides information about local features, such as shopping, dining, nightlife, or recreational destinations. Makes travel arrangements for sightseeing or other tours. Receives, stores, or delivers luggage or mail to guests. Picks up and deliver items or run errands for guests, as needed. Carries out unusual requests, such as searching for hard-to-find items. Arranges for the replacement of items lost by travelers. Serves as an interpreter or translator when guests require such services. Plans special events, parties, and meetings, which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear. Performs office duties on a temporary basis when needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years hospitality experience. Must have the ability in providing hotel guests with above and beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. Must have cheerful personality in meeting guest upon arrival and bids them farewell as they leave. Must be able to make strong and accurate decisions, negotiations and problem solving skills. Must have cashiering experience and computer literacy. Must be able to speak, read and write in English and one or more of the following languages: Korean, Russian, Japanese or Chinese. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
