Job Duties: | Manage all aspects of the Front Office (F/D, G/R, PBX & G/S) department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures. The Front Office Manager provides leadership and support to all Front Office Team, implements and enforces the PIC Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of five (5) years of hotel/hospitality is required. Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience managing the Front Office of a hotel is required. Excellent Leadership with written and oral communication skills is necessary. Must have the ability to manage all aspects of the Front Office operations, including a Guest Relation, Call Center, and Guest Service operations; Must have the ability to formulate Front Office Budget, monitor Profit and Loss. Must have the ability to set an upsell program and work as part of the Yield Management team in maximize revenue for the hotel. Must have computer knowledge on as Property Management System (PMS) - Opera. Must be able to speak and understand one or more of the following languages: Korean, Japanese or Russian; Must be able to work graveyard shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
