Job Duties: | Coordinates activities of and directs indoctrination and training of Chefs, Cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods in the hotel restaurants to ensure efficient and profitable food service. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in high volume food production or catering in multi-unit restaurant Hotel or Resort environment. Must have the following: strong leadership/communication skills at all levels of the organization. Exceptional guest focus and proven positive employee relations skills a must. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. |
