Job Duties: | Prepares appealing food in assigned restaurant/kitchen areas. Prepares mise-en place and cook individual Thai and other oriental dishes and foods. Plans create menus with standard recipes. Ensures quality of Thai food and determine size of food proportions. Ensures all is food creatively and attractively presented at all times at the buffet line. Work with minimal supervision. Inspects kitchens and food service areas. Trains staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Orders necessary food item and ingredients for one day advance mise-en place preparation. Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Organizes and manage buffets and banquets. Delight our guests by providing quality Thai food and timely prepared foods. Follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to food safety procedures. Practice cost-cutting measures. Pitch in and work as part of a team. Observes stock and rotate food items and label all food prep products. Qualification Requirements: | Need anywhere from a few months to a year of work experience in preparing Thai and Asian cuisine.
