Job Duties: | • Assists in preparation and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. • Establishes tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. • Supervises the Purchasing Clerk in handling Purchase Orders, assigning proper account codes and submission to appropriate vendors. • Analyzes accounts and ensures proper account code assignments on transactions relating to inventories and fixed assets purchases. • Computes taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. • Maintains or examines the records of government agencies. • Assist in analyzing budgets and prepares periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations. • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager and Financial Controller on the reconciliation of certain general ledger accounts and other accounting related tasks. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of three (3) years related work experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality. Degree in accounting is required; CPA preferred; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and must be knowledgeable in using Opera and MAS 90; Preferably with Night Audit experience and must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. |
