Job Title: Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Job Duties:  Supervise every aspect of a company’s accounting function  Meets accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.  Meets accounting financial standards by providing accounting department annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.  Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements; investing excess funds  Tracks the financial transaction of the company receivables and payables. Reports to the management regarding the finance stability of the company, which include balance sheet and other financial statement.  Oversees the accounting department and making sure all transaction record is up to date and accounted.  Establishes tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. 9. Creates accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.  Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls and monitors all bank accounts, credit and credit line.  Maintains or examine the records of government agencies.  Suggests ways to reduce costs enhance revenues and improve profits.  Records and documenting properly all financial transaction to provide accurate financial report.  Determines appropriate general ledger for any transaction.  Oversees the reconciliation of all company account and ledger.  Provides assistance and advice to the management involving company taxes or financial decision.  Verifies vouchers and checks for payments before being disseminated. Provides training and overseeing the work of accountants in the company and accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.  Renews business insurance by scheduling values including personal and real property, vehicles, computers, equipment, media, and accounts receivable. Monitors employees’ deduction and verifies payroll accuracy of timesheets and spreadsheets.  Prepares schedule of the outstanding payables every month.  Oversees the monthly physical inventory of all outlets.  Verifies accuracy of purchases and supporting documents are properly filed. Classifies expenses as to what department is to be charged.  Verifies and check daily sales and deposits.  Custodian of petty cash fund.  Prepares monthly report for golf and hotel statistics to the management.  Does surprise check for the released change funds in every outlets.  Performs other related task as determined and assigned by the management.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. Have at least one to two years work related experience in Hotel/Golf Course industry or field auditing work. Have knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, A/P, A/R, G/L, bank analysis and reporting of financial data. Excellent in mathematical and communication skills. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of accounting works and possess professionalism with good manners and right conduct. Proven ability to develop and train people on how to use financial spreadsheets. Knowledge in different accounting software application must know how to operate Peachtree program and must be computer literate. Must be able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines and can be able to manage. Willing to work in flexible shifts, in all-weather condition, days, evenings weekends and holidays. and main entrees. Skills testing must be required. Able to obtain Food Handler Certification.
