| Job Duties: | Oversee the daily operation of the Security & Engineering Department. Determine schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skills of personnel. Monitor employee’s work and review work performance. Report to the Operation Director the potential discrepancies for all maintenance matter. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Investigate accidents or injuries and prepare reports of findings. Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results. Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. Counsel employees about work related issues and assist employees to correct job skills deficiencies. Examine objects, systems or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services or repairs. Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Direct activities of workers engaged in operating and maintaining facilities and equipment in building such as hotel or office building inspect any equipment to determine need and extend of service equipment required and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed. May perform related duties as a helper capacity in a golf resort. May perform hiring and assessing potential applicants. Perform other task as determined and assigned by the Operations Director. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.At least five years of work related experienced. Knowledge in selecting, maintaining and monitoring daily operations of power plant, generators ((Genstar & Genex), reverse osmosis, water pumps, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishing, fixtures, painting, carpentry, troubleshooting, and mechanical equipment. Engineering Degree or related course is an asset. Must be able to work under the sun, can stand for prolonged period of time. Computer literate, and possess email communication skills. Knowledge in all safety and hazardous standard. Has the ability to be extent flexibility that include bending, twisting, and lifting at least 50lbs. Knowledge of diesel and gasoline equipment operations. Highly qualified in supervising subordinates and possess leadership. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, weekends and holidays. |
