Have at least 3 or more years of work related experience in making pastries. Have strong knowledge in baking and pastry arts. Working knowledge of bakery equipment to include, but not limited to slicing machine, mixers. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP). A team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist as needed to ensure all restaurant standards are met. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days. |
