| Job Duties: | perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting work to maintain commercial buildings and establishment; inspect conditions of roof, clean and repair roof gutters, ceilings and drains; fix leaking faucets, shower, kitchen and toilet sinks; repair locking systems on doors, cabinets and lockers; uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs of the buildings, grounds and walkways; inspect, operate or test equipment such as, generators, HVAC systems and airconditioning; perform routine maintenance such as inspecting motor, checking fluid/fuel/oil levels, replacing and cleaning filters; prepare cost estimate for maintenance activities, keep and maintain maintenance records and files; oversee the maintenance of building lighting, install and repair lamps, bulbs, ballast and light covers; keep building in clean, safe and orderly condition at all times; run errands as needed; perform related duties as required |
