Job Duties: JOB DETAILS: Ensure a seamless customer experience aligned to the co. vision while effectively driving sales. Responsible for: 1) selling & the customer experience 2) team & service management and 3) product management. Align the customer experience to the company vision – exceptional people delivering exceptional product. Lead, inspire & celebrate exceptional customer experiences. Drive sales through clearance, promotions & incentive targets. Focus on ways to increase & continually improve sales. Conversion of customers from non-buying to buying. Manage the sales floor by ensuring a high energy, positive floor experience for staff & customers. Observe, coach & reach to what is happening on the sales floor to continually improve the customer experience & team productivity. Manage team visibility on the shop floor for optimal staffing and floor coverage. Effectively participate w/ the Platinum Services team to enhance the customer experience. Effectively communicate company overall objectives & how the sales team are critical to driving the achievement of company. Ensure Team Leader & Sales Associates have clear goals & objectives, which remain focused on the customer experience & productivity targets. Review sales productivity & individual sales team member’s performance on a regular basis. Responsible for sales staff retention, development & job satisfaction levels. Ensure a development plan is in place & actively reviewed for each sales team. Work w/ AGM Sales to identify future potential PSM & Team Leaders & ensure development plans for this talent. Actively participate in pre & post training discussions. Participate in recruitment & selection of Team Leaders & sales staff as required. Ensure recruitment interviews are conducted in a professional & efficient manner. In collaboration w/ the AGM Sales & Talent Management, apply recruitment techniques for quality talent selection & ensure adherence to DFS related policies & local legislation. The primary communication link between product merchants & the customer. Actively prepare & participate in the bi-monthly MM/Brand/Product conference calls. Maintain a high standard of product & brand knowledge for the specified sales area and ensure the same from the Sales team. Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand & DFS requirements. Participate in the development and execution of merchandise strategy, including promotions, seasonal buys, etc. Set and maintenance of appropriate Presentation Stock (PS) levels.

Qualification Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management or related academic field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation. *Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess knowledge/expertise with the following: 1. 2 years of luxury retail work experience in watches and jewelry. 2. Critical analytical skills to determine market trends and create strategies to determine the assortment of merchandise for the market base. 3. Strong leadership skills to drive sales and engage a multi-cultural team of Sales Associates and Team Lead. *Fluency (speaking, reading & writing) in Mandarin. Knowledge/ expertise must be sufficient to perform the job duties involved in the occupation in the normally accepted manner.
