| Job Duties: | 1.) Teaches school students in a classroom, utilizing course of study adopted by Eucon International School. 2.) Develops lesson plans and instructional materials group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student. Translates lesson plans into learning experiences. 3.) Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom. Evaluates students’ academic, social and spiritual growth, keeps appropriate, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports. 4.) Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students progress and interpret the school program 5.) Identifies student needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude and learning problems. 6.) Maintains professional competence through in-service education activities provided by professional growth activities. 7.) Participates cooperatively with the appropriate administrator to develop the method by which the teacher will be evaluated in conformance with guidelines and maintains required inventory records. 8.) Supervises student in out-of-classroom activities during the school day. 9.) Participates in curriculum development programs as required. 10.) Participates in faculty committees, church functions and the sponsorship of student activities. 11.) Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as necessary in the ministry. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Considerable Preparation Needed Education. Most of these occupations require a four-year bachelor’s degree. The candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Education or equivalent. He/She must develop lesson plans and instructional materials group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student. Experience of at least 2 years in the field is a must (preferably in Christian environment). Must adhere to the rules and regulations of the school. |
