| Job Duties: | Analysis of daily recording of revenue and expenditures for correct account classification in accordance with guidelines, generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements; Reviews of all financial transactions entered in the general and subsidiary ledgers ensuring that all costs(labor, materials, overhead and costs) are completely and accurately recorded in the company's accounting system; Monitoring on a regular basis the status of inventory stocks on hand, and coordinates with chefs and purchasing officer regarding propriety of actual charges, compliance with approved budgets; Review of monthly budget-to-actual variances and cash flow sources and uses of funds; Based on results of analytics review, investigates causes of variances and prepares report for management information; Review and analysis of monthly operating report on activities and resources in support of compiled daily revenues and expenditures, aging, reports for receivables and payables and profit and loss accounts; Implementation of strict adherence to established internal control systems and procedures; Review of periodic tax filing (monthly gross receipt tax, corporate income tax return , FICA and EWR quarterly reports) |
