Job Title: Project Manager
Job Duties: • Represent the organization with clients, consultants, or contractors on all ranges related to the project. • Confer with management personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. • Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. • Oversee and participate in the preparation and submittal of budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports. • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations. • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. • Oversee and participate in the planning, organization, or direction of activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. • Gain considerable knowledge with job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. • Oversee the investigation of damages, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed. • Assist with or participate in the preparation of contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or contractors. • Oversee the development or implementation of new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies. • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients. • Direct activities of personnel engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents. • Perform or contract others to perform prebuilding assessments, such as conceptual cost estimating, rough order of magnitude estimating, feasibility, or energy efficiency, environmental, and sustainability assessments. • Oversee and participate in the application and obtainment of all necessary project permits or licenses. • Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans. • Participate in the contracting or evaluation of craft work or workers. • Direct and manage construction or related workers. • Gain knowledge of labor requirements for dispatching workers to construction sites. • Approve the requisition of supplies or materials to complete construction projects. • Complete other position related task(s) as assigned by Employer.

Qualification Requirements: U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field(s) and two (2) to seven (7) years of work-related skill, knowledge and/or experience.
