| Job Duties: | Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Collect money for drinks served. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, can interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present menu, restock and replenish bar inventory. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Clean bars, work areas, table, glasses, utensils, and equipment. Other related duties such as monthly inventory, create new drink recipes. |
