| Job Duties: | Support the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations from cooking, production, quality control and sanitation. Assist with planning and directing food preparation in kitchens. Supervise kitchen staffs, prepare work schedules and provide input in apprenticeship development plans. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Having work experience in a luxury hotel restaurant is preferred. Have knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP) guidelines. Have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Be able and willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manners. |
