| Job Duties: | Carry out repair routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds and structures. Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs and installation of air conditioning system, including DDC, building control and pneumatic systems, cooling systems, refrigeration, ice machine and similar equipment. Provide assistance to colleagues in the department to effective maintain and repair of equipment, building and municipal properties. Perform related duties maybe assigned. |
