Job Title: Head Cook
Job Duties: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. Plan, direct, or supervise food preparation or cooking activities of multiple kitchens or restaurants in an establishment such as a restaurant chain, hospital, or hotel. Meet with customers to discuss menus for special occasions, such as weddings, parties, or banquets. Record production or operational data on specified forms. Check the quantity and quality of received products. Order or requisition food or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.

Qualification Requirements: 6 months to a YEAR EXPERIENCE IN COOKING AND ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST IN COOKING, ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE TIME.Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledgeable in sanitary regulations. Able to work early morning, evenings and or weekends and holidays.
