| Job Duties: | Duties may include, but are not limited to: -Operating and/or tending machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets, to excavate and load loose materials. These machinery include excavators, backhoes, compactors, and bulldozers. -Moving levers, depressing foot pedals, and turning dials to operate power machinery -Setting up or inspecting equipment prior to operation. -Observing hand signals, grade stakes, or other markings when operating machines so that work can be performed to specifications. -Operating machinery to perform activities such as backfilling excavations, vibrating or breaking rock or concrete, or making winter roads. -Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment. |

| Qualification Requirements: | -Must be honest, diligent, and cooperative. -Must be able to operate and/or tend machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets, to excavate and load loose materials. These machinery include excavators, backhoes, compactors, and bulldozers. -Needs at least a year work experience in operating heavy equipment, or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. -10 years is highly preferred. -Must be, or must be willing to be, certified or licensed. |
