| Job Duties: | Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. •Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that equipments and appliances continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. •Inspect, operate, or test equipment's and appliances to diagnose malfunctions. •Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. •Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. •Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists. •Perform minor structural repair and maintenance of physical structure of buildings, such as painting, repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings of building. •Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. •Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. •Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. •Other additional duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Have at least 1-2-year college degree or equivalent in related fields. At least 1 or 2 years work-related skill, knowledge, or experience to perform the primary and secondary responsibilities the job requires. Have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, is preferred but not necessary. Able to lift and/or carry 30-50 pounds. Able to work on weekends/ holidays and flexible shifts. |
