| Job Title: | Facility Maintenance - Projects & Facility Management |
| Job Duties: | • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain company facility • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine Service • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities; • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service; Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments • Establish current schedules for preventive and routine maintenance for assigned areas; Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and housing; • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions; Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Perform all other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Knowledge in plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills • Able to work independently and detail oriented • Responsible and self-motivated • At least 1 year related working experience in FM firm or Engineering Department at Hotel or Casino or Building Complex • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need |
