| Job Duties: | responsible for presenting our services to new and existing clients and developing relationships with key client managers, negotiating business terms and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to the company. Support, coach, develop and motivate team members to build morale and ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards; *Keep current and communicate to others, changes, processes and procedures (SOP’s); *Monitor operational plans; *Provide leadership to agents, lead agents and junior supervisors to achieve consistently high quality services to customers in compliance with standard operating procedures and KPI’s; *Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and security standards of the company; *Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associates Degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred; * a few months to one year of airport passenger handling; *At least a few months to one year two years of supervisory position; *Knowledge of all passenger (reservations, ticketing and departure control system), aircraft services functions (aircraft cleaning equipment, tools and materials), and the airline industry; *Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; *Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, and airline regulations; *Good level of people and operational management skills; *Self-motivated, excellent written and oral communication skills |
