| Job Duties: | Mix and serve drinks to patrons directly or through waitstaff. Collect money for drinks served, check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment. Balance cash receipts. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer's excessive drinking or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons. Mix ingredients, such liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 6 months to 1 year experience as a bartender required and preferably in a large volume restaurant or full service hotel. Must have a pleasing personality and sound judgment. Good customer service skills required. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including week nights, weekends and holidays. |
