| Job Duties: | Plans, coordinates and supervises the general maintenance and repair/replacement of buildings, property, furniture or equipment. Performs minor repairs to building appliances and fixtures, change locks; replace floor tiles; unstop clogged drains; repair or replace plumbing fixtures, replace faucet washers, paint building interiors; performs miscellaneous masonry duties and carpentry repairs. Evaluates problematic systems and facilities and determine repair services to be performed. Distribute work assignments and oversee projects to ensure operations. Trains and evaluates staff. |
