Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Duties: erform all and/or any combination of the following duties: supervises and coordinates activities of Customer Service Agents and other customer service workers to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Prepares reports from individual reports of subordinates for management, Accounting, and Shanghai offices monthly. Prepare allotment reports three months in advance for various hotels. Prepares and provides list of all costs for certain hotels. Assist in the arrangement/booking of plane tickets or flight reservations. Adjusts errors and complaints. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding food and room and hotel arrangements. Book/reserve rooms on behalf of China team and agents on Saipan. Arrange meals (mostly breakfast) and makes reservations. Prepare activities list and name list for incoming group for the guidance of Tour Sales Representatives. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Handles complaints or any issues regarding rooms with various hotels for the guests. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Review records or reports pertaining to activities operations clerks and other service employees to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. Recruit, interview, and select employees. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. Compute figures such as balances, totals, fees, or commissions. Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments. Analyze financial activities of the unit, section, or department and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes. Develop or update procedures, policies, or standards. Make recommendations to management concerning such issues as staffing decisions or procedural changes. Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance, output quality, or work schedules. Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work. Design, implement, or evaluate staff training and development programs, customer service initiatives, or performance measurement criteria. Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads. Discuss work problems or grievances with management. Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in a tour/travel agency, sales or service related work with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Preferably able to speak, read, write, and understand English and in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred. Must be willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Must have the knowledge and computer skills to handle credit card and Alipay machines.
