| Job Duties: | Greet customers, discuss rental car reservation, arrange for provision of services to customers, and accept payments. Gather customer information to determine customer needs. Coordinate activities of rental cars operation with the detailers , and direct administrative activities related providing services. Prepare daily rental cars activity report and sales report and other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. To report all vehicle status of accident, repair and any citation problem. To ensure good and quality customer service, monitor the timely release of vehicles and acceptance of returned vehicles to the designated area. Responsible for all customers complain. Flexible in all times for random schedule of operation. |
