| Job Duties: | Must possess strong computer skills, including knowledge Microsoft office and OPERA system. Comply with all resort safety guidelines. Receive all incoming calls and respond accordingly. Allocate room and task lists to team members. Ensure keys are issued in line with security procedures. Manage guest requests and inquiries immediately. Ensure all relevant guest information is communicated to Housekeeping staff. Report all necessary maintenance daily and log all jobs. Liaise with Front Office to ensure all information is communicated efficiently and promptly. Ensure that communication has been clear and consistent to all shifts. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School diploma or equivalent. Work experience in a similar role of at least six months is preferred. Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
