| Job Duties: | Perform primarily for temporary service clients and also for the petitioner’s business the following duties and responsibilities: • Installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures for drainage and water systems. • Fitting, refitting, and repair of sanitation systems such as bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks. • Install, maintain and/or repair appliances such as water heaters and dish washers to ensure they operate efficiently. • Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure plumbing equipments are functioning efficiently. • Inspect work sites to determine the type and amount of material/equipment required for a plumbing work as well as work-hours required. • Perform selection and procurement of materials required for a plumbing installation/repair. • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures to perform repair or replacement of damaged components. • Study blueprints to understand the structure of a water supply or drainage system. • Test plumbing systems to identify leaks and other faults. • Direct and coordinate the activities of trainee plumbers and plumbing assistants. • Perform works related to plumbing functions that may be assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma required; training or apprenticeship from a trade school or previous employer(s). • At least 1 year work experience with proven familiarity in plumbing systems and equipment common in hospitality establishments. • Skilled in utilizing a range of equipment/tools among which include wrench, spade, rule, and saw. • Skilled in the use of power tools or equipment in measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes and other plumbing structures. • Proven to excel in plumbing job; good physical condition, strength and stamina, and problem-solving skills. |
