| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operation of a 224-room hotel facility. Formulates policies, manages budgets, maintains statistical financial records, reviews and approves plans for maintenance work, events and room bookings. Individual must be able to lead a management team, develop and execute strategic business plans that define profitability objectives, operational/product goals, guest loyalty and satisfaction and team member engagement objectives. Ensures that the hotel facility is in compliance with federal and local government health and safety legislation and licensing regulations. Position may also include periodic travel to Asia Pacific Hotels, Inc., dba Fiesta Resort Guam when necessary, to attend Board and Management meetings. |
