| Job Duties: | Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems. Install new kitchen and refrigeration equipment and systems when required. Repair, replace or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuse and electrical wiring. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all kitchen and refrigeration equipment, including changing of filters and cleaning condensers and coils. Respond to emergency calls as needed. |
