| Job Duties: | Install, assemble, fasten structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, walls and trims, hardware and other accessories. Perform inspection and repair of broken and damage ceiling, floor tiles, wall coverings, sidings, doors, cabinets, frameworks, glass, aluminum, metal and woodwork fixtures, using woodworking machines, carpenter’s hand tools and power tools. Shape, cut, or fabricate materials to specified measurements; using hand tools, machines, or power saw. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of the buildings does not deteriorate. Notify Maintenance Supervisor for materials needed on equipment and building maintenance and repair. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Install and repair pipe assemblies, fittings, valves of appliances and fixtures such as dishwashers, water heaters, sinks and toilets. Perform renovation works such as painting, plastering, waterproofing, cementing, and others. Assist on electrical product sales, stocks inventory, receiving, distribution, and delivery to project sites. Perform other maintenance tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager. |
