| Job Duties: | Job Description: Provide project development, stewardship and construction management in accordance with capital plan, across five affiliates’ terminals in Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Marshall Islands. Primary Job Functions: •Scoping and development of projects to meet the business capital plan •Management of project construction including safe work practices •Stewardship and management of capital and maintenance & repair operating expense budget |

| Qualification Requirements: | Qualifications: •A Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline desirable) •Experience on project engineering and construction management •Basic knowledge and understanding of Security, Safety, Health, and Environment management principles •Understanding of US federal and local regulations as applied to project construction activities •Ability to pro-actively assess operational issues and develop options for solution •Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Preference will be given to candidates with minimum five years’ experience of project engineering and construction management and relevant experience with API 650 tank construction and API 653 tank repairs and with knowledge and background in petroleum industry. |
