Job Title: Tour Coordinator
Job Duties: Plan, organized tours, and expeditions for individual and groups. Plan tour itineraries, applying travel routes and destination sites. Resolve any problems with itineraries, services or accommodations. sell travel packages and arrange for tour or expedition details such as accommodation and transportation. Meets customers at the airport and escort them to the airport on their departure date. Evaluate services received on the tour, and report findings to tour organizer. Leads individuals or groups to tour sites locations and describe points of interest. Attend to special needs of tour participants, give advice on sightseeing and shopping. Perform other related and assign duties.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Five years experience in tourism industry. Highly organized with exemplary time managements skills. Flexibility to adjust to changing conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment. Customer service driven, ability to handle many tasks at one time, self starter with positive work ethic who thrives in as fast paced environment. Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evening with long hours as required. Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese and preferably speak, read, and write Korean and Chinese.
