| Job Duties: | Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems and building condition to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, design & set up electrical and panels, prepare electrical load calculation etc Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary, fix locks, replace windows etc Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping, ground maintenance and other tasks as assigned Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed when doing repairs, renovations or any alterations Do other related duties as assign from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 1-4 years work experience. Proven experience as building maintenance Must have specific understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, hydraulic and other maintenance systems. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of construction tools, common appliances and electrical devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet project deadlines. Must be physically fit and has valid local driver license and original Police Clearance is required |
