| Job Duties: | Maintain hourly records or patient care, condition, progress or problems & to report & discuss with visiting U.S. Registered Nurses or case manager.Check patient's pulse, temperature,blood pressure,oxygen level & respiration on hourly basis. Perform Nebulization, Suctioning of secretions & Enteral feeding via peg tube. Provide patient with help moving in & out of bed,baths,wheelchairs or ambulance & with dressing & grooming. Care for patient by changing bed linens, cleaning or assisting with their personal care.Entertain,converse with or read aloud to patient to keep them mentally healthy & alert.Administer prescribed medications under the written direction of Physician or as directed by U.S. Registered Nurse & ensure patient takes his medicine. Accompany patient to doctor's offices or on their trips outside the home providing transportation,assistance & companionship. Direct patient in simple prescribed exercises or in the use of braces or artificial limbs. Clean & sanitize patient rooms,bathrooms,examination rooms and or other patient areas. |
