| Job Duties: | Assist the Gen. Manager in supervision of business establishment to ensure the businesses' efficient & profitable operations such as: Work closely with the personnel in preparation & processing of reservations, greets & answers customers inquiry & answer patrons complaints & resolve problems. Plan dining room & reservations operations, allocate funds, authorize expenditures & assist to evaluate personnel. Delegate authority & assign responsibilities to Supervisors & other personnel, work shift schedule for workers & observe performance to establish smooth operating procedures. Assist in doing daily inventory of foods, merchandise & other assets of the business Check the menu of the day, inspect dining, kitchen, reservation, public access & outside ground areas for cleanliness in appearance. Prepare advertisement campaign of the business to attract customers. Management of rental clients payments, building maintenance & supervise. May review financial transaction & monitor budget limitation. Shall present written & oral reports on the company's financial & operation status to the General Manager. May hire & review applicants or terminate employees & performed other related duties as assigned or required. Have Japanese oral skill & knowledge of Japanese food products. |
