| Job Duties: | Plan, design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings. Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization for furnishings or equipment and color coordination. Estimate material requirements and cost and present design to client for approval. To sale goods (Carpet, Furniture, Blind)other merchandises offered by the company. To answer customer's question about products, prices, availability. Provide to customers the product samples and catalogs; contact regular & prospective customers, prepare drawings, estimate or quote prices. Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor's product, prices and sales. Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents.
