| Job Duties: | To prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Responsible for daily accounting, reporting, finance and tax. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment. Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records. Maintain company's ledger; reconcile various GL account and ensure accurate recording transactions. Prepare payment voucher and other related business disbursement activities. Follow up customer's payments; do account a/c receivables aging report & coordinate w/ customers in the expeditious settlement of their account. Send statement of accounts to customers & resolve any outstanding account. Prepare monthly reports; monitor daily sales report; verify cash sales; process goods received from all incoming shipments. Prepare Invoices; purchase order; quotation. Compute and prepare payroll. Perform human resources and administrative coordinator. Assist walk-in customers. Do other related duties and responsibilities. |
