| Job Title: | MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS, GENERAL |
| Job Duties: | Perform skilled repairs & maintenance of commercial and industrial machinery & equipments involving various skills or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipments or other structures of the establishment in repair and good conditions. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing equipments using various wrenches, screw driver, hand or power tools, multi tester, and other mechanical or electrical & electronic testing devices. Knowledgeable in repairing and operating a 25KVA-150KVA generators to ensure that they operate efficiently and smoothly. Requisition of materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment or replacement parts. Inspect, troubleshoot service and repair osmosis reverse system to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Schedule and perform routine weekly & monthly maintenance service. Diagnose malfunctions issues and make determination repairs. Clean and maintain equipments tanks, filter beds, membranes and backwash pre-filter. Monitor inlet and outlet pressures of RO machine and pre-filter. Inspect for oil and water leaks. Monitor chlorine level in the water and in the tanks. Overhaul high pressure and feed water pumps, change oil for feed water pump. Change membrane, media filter and v-belts. Collect monthly water sampling for bacteriological analysis. Troubleshoot system and/or investigate source when there’s a positive hit in the water analysis. Comply with EPA & Commonwealth Drinking Water requirements. Inspect troubleshoot service and repair wastewater treatment plant to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Inspect building and surrounding areas for termite infestation. Sources chemical best suited for type of project. Prepare pesticides for treatment and applies pesticides to perimeters of buildings. And other related duties and general maintenance works as assigned by the manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least High School graduate and with minimum of 1-4 years actual experience as General Maintenance & Repair Worker with certifications for applicator of Restricted Pesticides, Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Class 1.
