Job Title: Electrical Repairer
Job Duties: Installs, tests, adjusts, maintains or repairs electrical equipment, devices, fixtures, components, and systems according to codes, functional specifications and customer requirements. Provides access to the electrical system for maintenance. Maintains and troubleshoots problems/malfunctions of electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as boilers, elevators and generators in the premises. Reads meters of electrical systems, prepares daily records for electrical equipment. Consults with supervisors or other workers to resolve problems in electrical equipment/devices operation or maintenance. Coordinates with other departments to ensure hotel activities, and performs other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Certificate in electrical maintenance preferred. Minimum 1-2 years experience in electrical maintenance work required preferably in the hotel industry. Ability to use maintenance equipment/tools/materials properly and adhere to safety procedures. Ability to read, analyze electrical diagram and handle/troubleshoot power generation and electrical problems. Concentration, alertness and attention to detail required. Ability to read, write in English and perform mathematical calculations. Ability to observe a problem, determine its cause, and work out a solution. Ability to function, work and communicate well in a team effectively. Regular attendance required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
