| Job Duties: | Assist in arranging & coordinating activities of workers engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Korean/Japanese tourists, observe staff performance on tours to assure conformance with company standards, handle pre-arranged package tours & activities in surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to carry out activities numerated in package tour, prepares reports on tour operators in Korea, prepare exit & arrival schedules, must be able to formulated organized & execute an attractive & competitive tour packages in Korean to be sold in Korea, act as liaison between tour agents and company and resolves any problems if any arises must know system knowledge in computer, and perform other duties as required. Must be able to speak, read write in Korean. |
