| Job Duties: | Report results of operation to the President * Report preparation - financial, operations ad other reports as required by the holding Company in Tokyo * Represents the Company in all aspects during the annual board meeting at the Corporate HQ in Japan* Government Reporting - taxes, permits & licenses * Directs golf course maintenance activities - landscaping golf course maintenance and cleaning including and approving importation and application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides & insecticides * Payroll preparation including taxes report summary both for CNMI & Federal Government * Supervises all supervisors and Accountant * Coordinates with various Japanese, Korean and Chinese Agents in all marketing and sales requirement. |

| Qualification Requirements: | College graduate preferably with BA degree * Japanese language skills is required - reading, writing & speaking * At least several years experience in managing Golf Course, Restaurant & Pro-Shop all at the same time * Well verse in preparing operation, financial and other reports as required by the Head Office in Tokyo in Japanese language/characters * Well verse on MS Office software and Peach Tree payroll system * Capable of representing the Company in annual meeting being held at the Corporate Headquarters in Tokyo * Well versed in Government reporting both for CNMI & Federal Government * Well verse in golf course maintenance and knowledgeable with fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides & insecticides importation and application |
